This year, Formtek International had multiple presences at FABTECH Mexico, including a booth in the forming section of the exhibit hall and a press feed line at the Komatsu Presses exhibit booth. With this press manufacturer, Formtek International had a 12” press feed line with a capacity of handling material up to 0.075” thick stock. This press feed line is a popular product in the Mexican market, with more than 60 installations done through the introduction of the product line.
The FABTECH Mexico show lasted three days, with its busiest day on Wednesday. Formtek International received 50+ inquiries, where the expertise of the group would be proven once again by offering custom-made solutions for each request.
Assisting at the Formtek booth were Alex Trevino, VP of International Sales, and Andres Trevino, the regional representative Consorcio Industrial. Alex Trevino started at Formtek Maine back in the late 90s, promoting and selling products for the press room environment and service centers for coil processing.
Formtek International's next show is at RefriAmericas in Puerto Rico from July 26-27, 2023. This show is to promote the line of machines for the HVAC industry for the construction of round and square ducts. Then in September, Formtek International will return to Mexico City for the AHR Show Latin America Chapter at the same venue as FABTECH.
We will keep exploring other events in the marketplace in order to continue offering solutions for our industry with our large portfolio of coil handling solutions.
