Formtek is pleased to announce that Paul Williams will talk about in-line punching and cutoff technology at the upcoming FMA 2022 World-Class Roll Forming Workshop. The World-Class Roll Forming Workshop will take place April 11-13, 2022 in Memphis, TN.
Formtek’s Director of Sales, Paul Williams will speak at the World-Class Roll Forming Workshop and share tips and tricks about maximizing the accuracy and efficiency of roll forming lines. Paul will share ways to eliminate bottlenecks and/or secondary process when he speaks about ancillary equipment and processing. Catch Paul as he presents “In-Line Punching” on April 12, 2022 at 9:45 AM- 10:45 AM, 2:05 PM – 3:05 PM, and then again on April 13, 2022 at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM. Paul will also speak on Cutoff Technology on April 12, 2022 at 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM, 4:35 PM – 5:35 PM, and then again on April 13, 2022 at 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

About Paul Williams
Paul has over 37 years’ experience in the tool and die and roll forming industries as a Toolmaker, Field Service Technician, Die Design Engineer, Sales Application Engineer, Product Line Manager, and currently as the Director of Sales.
Paul received his schooling from the Tooling and Manufacturing Association in tool and die making and engineering and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Paul has been with Hill Engineering since 1988 and has been a speaker and conference chairman for FMA, PMA, and SME conferences. With his experience and knowledge, he has also authored several technical articles for leading industry publications. Paul served on the Fabricators and Manufactures Association Board of Directors as an Associate Director during 2013-2014, is a current member and past chairman of FMA’s Roll Forming and Technology Council.

FMA's popular small-group roll forming training workshop is co-locating with Pipe & Tube Memphis 2022 to create a more dynamic conference experience on April 11-13. Roll formers, suppliers, and industry experts will gather in Memphis, TN for three days of interactive presentations, a plant tour, networking, and the popular Roll Forming Jeopardy. The new presentation format is designed to allow more industry-expert collaboration to provide a more comprehensive learning experience. Presentations are organized into four tracks: roll forming systems, tool design and installation, ancillary equipment and processing, and inputs, outputs, and troubleshooting.
