Formtek recently supplied new roll tooling to form a fluorescent light fixture reflector. The tooling was installed and tested on the customer’s existing roll forming machine. The tooling designs take advantage of the existing machine parameters, to provide the customer with new geometry for a lighting product that is marketed worldwide.
In addition, the tooling set utilizes Formtek’s latest idler fixture designs, which are tailored to feeding tall, asymmetrical profiles without marking.
