Yoder recently supplied Macor, Monterrey, Mexico, with a new, MS-3 Roll Forming Machine. The rafted, twenty-six (26) station, 2.5” shaft roll forming machine incorporates the latest version of the M-style roll forming stands, which includes Yoder’s new eccentric toggle disconnect. The roll forming machine was supplied with a precut entry table and transfer conveyor system, enabling the machine to be fed tailored blanks from Macor’s existing coil processing equipment. This production arrangement allows the roll former to run in a high production mode or in kits to feed downstream production. With the rafted capability of the roll forming machine, additional tooling sets can be added, with quick changeover for future products.
Yoder’s M-Series roll forming machines are rugged, scalable solutions to meet a range of custom and high production, industrial applications. For more information, contact us or call (216) 292-4460
